    MOMS Club

Internationally, the MOMS Club has over 1,200 chapters in seven countries and we represent more than 60,000 members! We are the only international support group specifically of all at-home mother and we'd like you to be a member too!

Meetings All of our meetings and all but one of our activities (moms night out) ar during the day, when at-home mothers need the support. During the school year we meet once a month for an indoor meeting (usually with a speaker, topic for discussion or other activity), We have a nursery available (staffed by volunteer moms).

In addition to our meeting, we also have a outing or  get-togethers, such as trips to the zoo and family or Children's parties.

    Activity Groups

The MOMS Club of Monroe sponsors Activity Groups of members with common interests. These change as interest change, but include a activities such as Children's playgroups , arts n'crafts, coupon exchanges, a monthly Moms night out, babysitting coops, and so much more.

     Bring your children!

We believe that being a mother shouldn't isolate you, so you may bring your children with you to anything we do. You don't have to bring children to attend, but if you do, please remember you are responsible for your child's safety and behavior.

We're all mothers here, and many of us have used our own children. So please feel free to nurse at our meetings. If you baby becomes busy, please be considerate of any speaker and move into the Children's room until your child has quieted.

    Dues

Our dues are $20 a year, and pay for room rentals, supplies, and programs. You may attend two meetings (such as a meeting and a park day activity groups are for members only) before you decide to become a member. We understand that being a mother-at-home often means a tight family budget, so if the dues would be a hardship for your family, please talk to one of our officers.

    Welcome newcomers!

    Come visit our next meeting!

Our chapter is always open to new members. You probably won't be the only new person there!although some of us have lived here for years and are experienced mothers, many of us are new in town or new to motherhood! We all have one thing in common- the MOMS Club introduced us to other moms who stay at home... the ones that soon became our friends!
